Enterprise software firm BMC Software has acquired the technology assets of app monitoring startup Boundary. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. BMC confirmed the deal in a brief statement, but didn't detail plans for the Boundary team and integration of the Boundary product into BMC Software.
