CSC To Acquire Fruition Partners, A Leading Cloud-Based Service Management Solutions Provider

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) today announced plans to acquire Chicago-based Fruition Partners, a cloud-based technology provider for the service-management sector and ServiceNow's largest dedicated global integration partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

The deal will help CSC  to provide enterprise and emerging clients an expanded range of cloud-based service-management solutions to improve business efficiency and cut costs. 

Based in Chicago with operations and presence in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Latin America, Fruition Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for the service-management sector. It also the largest ServiceNow-exclusive service management consulting firm and the only ServiceNow Master Solutions Partner operating in North America and Europe. ServiceNow, a well-known PaaS provider of enterprise Service Management software, is a CSC strategic alliance partner. 

Marc Talluto, Co-founder and CEO, Fruition Partners, said in a statement: “The combined CSC-Fruition Partners business is better positioned to help clients and the industry benefit from the associated ServiceNow growth and strengthens and scales the already compelling value proposition of our ServiceNow-based service management practice”, “We intend to press this competitive advantage by cross-pollinating service offerings and best practices including pre-packaged accelerators and integrations, an exclusive shared ServiceNow knowledge base, and the world’s only fully managed ServiceNow application service offering.”

Based in Falls Church, Virginia, CSC ( Computer Sciences Corporation) is an American multinational corporation that provides next generation IT services and solutions. The company has 70,000 employees in over 70 countries. CSC's customers include some of the biggest names in the commercial enterprise, the US federal government and non-US government agencies.

The deal, which subject to customary conditions, is expected to close later this year.
