Greenhouse Software, a San Francisco and New York city-based recruiting platform, has acquired San Francisco-based Parklet, a cloud-based employee onboarding and experience software company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Daniel Chait, CEO Greenhouse, said in a statement: "With the addition of Parklet's onboarding solution, we can expand the Greenhouse platform and extend the candidate experience to the employee experience. It's through this consistent engagement model and forward-thinking approach that new hires become productive employees, which optimizes the recruiting process more holistically."
Founded in 2012 by Dane Hurtubise and Andrew Hubbs, Parklet is a cloud-based employee onboarding and engagement software company. Hurtubise and Hubbs will join Greenhouse Software as director of Product Management and Vice President of New Initiatives, they will oversee the continued collaboration between the development teams. Parklet’s investors include Strom Ventures and Greylock Partners.

Earlier in 2015, the two companies has announced that it has integrated its recruiting and onboarding workflow products with more than 20 high-growth companies including Pinterest, SendGrid and Sony Entertainment.
