Upland Software, a leading provider of cloud-based Enterprise Work Management software, today announced that it has acquired Cupertino-based Ultriva, a cloud-based manufacturing and supply chain work management software provider. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal strengthens the company’s Enterprise Work Management offerings by adding a suite of manufacturing and supply chain work management software.
Ultriva delivers a suite of cloud-based software solutions that allows manufacturing companies to collaborate with their customers, plants and suppliers to streamline and improve delivery material flows.
