ADLINK Acquires PrismTech To Strengthen Its Industrial Internet-Of-Things Market Reach

ADLINK Technology, Inc., a leading provider of application-ready intelligent platforms. has acquired PrismTech™, a global leader in software platforms for distributed systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal will further strengthen ADLINK’’s software and systems capabilities, and its industrial IoT market reach. One the deal completed, PrismTech will operate as a semi-autonomous business unit. 

Founded in 1992, with offices in the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, USA and Canada, PrismTech is a global leader in software platforms and tools for the Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet and advanced wireless communications. PrismTech is a recognized leader in IoT platform technologies, the company’s Vortex intelligent data-connectivity platform provides efficient, secure and interoperable internet scale real-time data-sharing. PrimsTech’s Vortex is a key enabler for systems that have to reliably and securely deliver high volumes of real-time data with stringent end-to-end qualities-of-service.
