ConvergeOne, a global communications and data solutions provider, has acquired SIGMAnet, one of the largest IT consulting and managed services provider in California. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal solidifies ConvergeOne’s market position as a leader with one of the broadest and deepest offerings in the market.

They have additional capabilities in the Cisco and EMC platforms, as well as cloud computing, security and the education vertical. This acquisition enables us to increase our presence in the western United States and advance our leadership position as a single-source provider of multivendor technologies, support, and services.”
