ConvergeOne Acquires SIGMAnet, An IT Consulting Firm And Managed Services Provider

ConvergeOne, a global  communications and data solutions provider, has acquired SIGMAnet, one of the largest IT consulting and managed services provider in California. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal solidifies ConvergeOne’s market position as a leader with one of the broadest and deepest offerings in the market.

Following the acquisition, SIGMAnet President and COO, Neil Wada, has been appointed vice president, Southwest Region for SIGMAnet, a ConvergeOne Company.
