Rise Interactive, a leading digital marketing and analytics agency, has acquired Chicago-based SimpleRelevance to boost its cross-channel personalization capabilities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will provide a big boost to Rise’s cross-channel personalization capabilities, enabling the company to use and harness the power of machine learning and predictive analytics to achieve the highest level of personalization in it's clients' digital marketing messages.
Founded in 2011 and based in Chicago, Simple Relevance is a personalization platform that recommends the best ways for companies to personalize their marketing messages to consumers through any channel. The company use of machine learning and predictive analytics lends unique customer insights at an extremely individual level for marketers seeking to personalize messages. The Chicago-based company is the only multi-channel optimization platform in the market that uses internal and external data to automate smarter marketing messages. The company was backed and funded by Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Chicago Ventures, Garland Capital Group, and Hyde Park Angels.
