Wingify Acquires Website Analytics Firm Navilytics

New Delhi-based Wingify, developer of website optimisation tools and A/B testing solutions, has acquired US-based Navilytics, a visitor analytics solution provider. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Navilytics deal will enable Wingify to integrate Navilytics’ analytical capabilities into its VWO (visual web optimiser) platform; and provide in-depth user behaviour analysis for its customers.

The deal is the second big step towards assembling that platform after the launch of on-page surveys a few days ago. Wingify aims to achieve the complete transformation- to become full-featured conversion optimisation platform by early next year.  It plans to become a one-stop platform for CRO by offering tools like heat maps, visitor recordings, usability analysis, expert feedback, form analysis, surveys and A/B testing.

Founded in 2009 and based in New Delhi, India, Wingify offers tools that help businesses improve their websites by tracking visitor behaviour, testing improvement ideas and targeting visitors for personalisation. The company's flagship product VWO tool is a lucid platform for A/B testing tool that helps businesses improve their websites by tracking visitor behaviour, testing improvement idea and targeting visitor for personalisation.  It’s used by 4000 businesses, including brands like Target, Sears, Tinkoff Bank, Microsoft, AMD, GE, Walt Disney, Jabong.com, ClearTrip, MakeMyTrip among others.

Paras Chopra, Founder and CEO Wingify, said in a statement: “Navilytics is an extremely strategic acquisition for us. It is a well-proven solution and brings to VWO a wide variety of capabilities that will take a lot of time to develop in-house. With this acquisition, we are all set to becoming the first full-featured conversion optimisation platform in the world by 2016.”

Conner Hewitt, Founder of Navilytics, said in a statement: “We’ve always believed that a keen focus on customer satisfaction backed by strong technology and marketing capability can drive true market innovation. In VWO, we’ve found a great fit for our product as well as an opportunity to reach many more users owing to its global outreach.”

As part of the transaction, Wingify will also get and own all the IP and code of Navilytics.

Wingify has been beefing up its portfolio, last year it acquired US-based web design and user experience community startup Concept Feedback to help its brand marketing clients.
