The deal comes as part of IdeaScale's goal to enhance its offerings and offer an end-to-end innovation solution for organizations of all sizes. As part of the transaction, IdeaScale will now offer fully-featured IM training programs to their existing customers and partners.
Rob Hoenhn, CEO of IdeaScale, said in a statement:
