There is more than one way to enable a disabled iPhone without connecting to iTunes, apart from using the LockWiper, the only question is, are they as efficient as the LockWiper. One of those ways is using the iCloud method. This is also a method that can be used to enable a disabled iPhone and it requires taking these steps:

Step 1: To begin, you will have to go to the cloud website. Sign in with your iCloud Apple ID.
