HubSpot, a US-based business software maker, announced plans to acquire Frame AI, an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform provider whose technology helps businesses transform unstructured data into real-time insights and actionable recommendations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed to the public.

Founded in 2016, Frame AI has developed deep expertise in machine learning and natural language processing. Once the transaction is complete, Frame AI will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HubSpot and Frame AI technology will be integrated directly into Breeze, HubSpot’s family of AI-powered tools and technologies embedded across its customer platform and CRM.
